LSU getting a top flight QB in this class is lagniappe. No need to worry about Kizer or Harris.
If Cameron can get the offense rolling this year, '15 QBs will be lining up to play for LSU.

Kids will be kids...I have no problem with him having fun with this process. We'll know pretty soon where he's going. At least he isn't going to drag this out til NSD. I'd welcome Harris to LSU with open arms.

Kizer also seems to be more of a natural leader. But his stock is soaring, it's going to be a lot more difficult to lock him up now than it would've been two weeks ago.

This...I really would like to see Mett have a big year, then Rivers, then the younger guys can have at it after Rivers.
I just think that order would be restored this way....
If Rivers goes off these next few years a narrative and connection will be made to his brother, someone who was also coached up by Coach Cam.
There is gold in that story that would actually have the potential to put LSU on top of the Elite QB scene for as long as Coach Cam remains here...
Rivers is the golden egg, he is the Key to LSU being able to recruit any QB elite or not in the nation...

A turd, immature, attention seeking. GET real people. This kid is a mature good young man. Critique his play but if you don't know him don't be so quick to judge. This board has way too many personal attacks on people you don't know. I don't know many kids who wouldn't be excited about this process, even adults would be. I hope he doesn't read this board.

LSU fans should call him an idiot for telling a writer he has a favorite in June? You guys don't even know if he is being recruited as the number 1 priority at QB by us.
If anything all this shows is what a clown the "TAMU mad" is for showing a text when Harris clearly asked him to just say it was a gut feeling.
He's not making negative statements against LSU, he answered a question from a guy who covers recruiting without wanting it to be on record, but the writer was an arse and showed the text anyway.

I don't care what was said. How info is coming out is indicative of someone not necessarily respecting others and their efforts, the common denominator is Harris and his people. Hell I have a great fifteen year old, but occasionally she is a jackass. And when she is, folks should call her out on it.

why would a mod from another site put that out there?... if you're a recruit in the future, would you text/communicate with a guy that would post private conversations like that?

If you think Harris is a jackass, then you must think the same about 99% of recruits.
Harris has actually handled his recruitment pretty well, he's allowed to favor different teams. As long as he doesn't talk bad or lie to coaches then no one should have a problem with how his recruitment is being handled.
I'll say this again, you guys don't even know what kind of priority Harris is for LSU at the moment.
