We still need to add more cb's to this upcoming class. Stingley is a great get hopefully but greedy is gone after this year and 2ho knows what Fulton will look like when he gets back. I know we have some already signed but are they elite level?

Surtain burned the hell out of us, but not every recruit lies through his teeth to a coaching staff 24 hours before signing day. Stingley situation is a lot different. He told us going in he is locked in to being a Tiger, but wants to take his visits and see other programs just to enjoy the process of being a high profile recruit. He plans to shut it down before his senior season starts.

Stingley will be a huge get/loss for this program.
1) Im not bashing him snowflake. I said i dont see it. He looks like a safety to me and his corner skills have been largely based on pedigree and potential. May end up a good one but I think Stingley is the better player and I think its obvious.
2) I never said anything about losing being related to getting the other but getting Stingley is even more important now that we lost out on Surtain. Im not sure how you can even debate that.
My main point is that Stingley is better IMO and its not sour grapes. If Surtain was a tiger I would still think this. They both have huge potential.

I think he'll be a day 1 starter for Bama. If Fulton becomes eligible, I could not say the say the same for LSU. Bama doesn't have the DB talent roster depth such as LSU.
