i feel solid that we'll get the receivers we want (dupree and Noil). the question marks for me are on the defensive side of the ball. The DBs are the ones i wonder about.
noil is all lsu
willis is a maybe for me

Again, if your reading comprehension was worth more than a 5th grade education, you would know that it's just based off the reading between the lines from all the articles I've read(on 247 premium) and it's merely a hunch.
Name calling and ad homien attacks are clear signs of a brilliant intellect with superior reading comprehension. Why don't you answer these simple questions? If Noil is not coming to LSU then why is that the only school he visited over the summer? Why did he cancel so many visits to A&M?

I'm about as an optimist LSU fan as it gets
Yes, all optimistic fans get "hunches" that 2 prospects that pretty much all the professional recruiting analyst say are LSU bound are going somewhere else.

I don't understand why an in state prospect would "troll" his home-state school and his uncle on twitter. It just doesn't seem logical, but yet TD seems convinced that he's just "trolling".
I would guess his uncle and the coaches at his home state school are able to communicate with him through means other than reading his twitter feed but that's just a hunch on my part.

Like I said, it doesn't make sense to me. What is gained from doing this? Unless all of the other potential LSU recruits know that he is trolling it just doesn't seem logical to do this. Recruits like to see the other top recruits committing or showing high interest. Playing possum seems silly, joking or not.
Dude, you're making a mountain out of a mole hill. I said my hunch is based on next to nothing and you took it and ran with it. Having an opinion is okay as long as you clarify the basis of your opinion. I've clarified my basis. Doesn't mean the sky is falling.

I speculated that you may have DS.

That's a good explaination for not visiting other schools particularly USC and Florida. A&M is not that far and other recruits from the area may have gone there a former HS team mate of his plays there and may have family or been home going back himself at some point. Seems to me that if he was seriously considering going there he would have tried to get over there a least once. It still doesn't explain why he came to LSU at random times over the summer and hung out with current and future players. If he wanted to just hang out with his uncle, why wouldn't he do that when Frank is in NOLA or just go to his house?

I never said anything about being you being on a limb, however, we could probably fill a phone book with names of kids that said 1 thing and did something else during recruiting. Didn't Rasco and OBJ say they were going somewhere else only to sign with LSU on signing day? Tosh Davis said he was all LSU up to the time he signed a LOI with Texas. I'm sure we can come up with many more examples.

you are thinking more like an adult and not a kid. There a lot of things players do that makes no sense to me. Given all the scrutiny he's under, Manziel's antics this weekend vs Rice makes no sense to me. Again, we could sit here all day and give examples. I also don't understand why people tweet to these kids about what school's they are going to.

No, I responded to a post I disagreed with, you escalted. I respond not just for the person I was responding to, for you to react, but also for others that just lurk to see the other side.

True and in my opinion you are selecting points to support a view that he is not coming to LSU, what ever your motives and of course he might not. I prefer to look at the big picture and there is a lot more that says he will wind up at LSU. That could be wrong, but I see no reason to think he won't just because of a couple of tweets.

Points have been made and really nothing more to say.
But, I think you're right. I don't understand the twitter and trolling on the internet thing.
I'd love to see the kids in P&G and still feel like there is a chance we will, but just not optimistic about it.
Two recruits don't make or break LSU and once they make their decision, it's time to welcome them or move on to the next one that wants to play here.

FWIW even Taylor Hamm(A&M insider) thinks they are trolling LSU fans.

@SpeedyNoil
My decision is based on how I'm going to be used in the system..
^^^
SAYS IT ALL
LSU FINNA LOSE ALOT OF RECRUITS BECAUSE OF THE WAY LES MILES RUN THIS TEAM & THE LSU SYSTEM.

If these kids are trolling ANYbody then the possibility exists they are trolling LSU. If they are game players at all, then maybe they are playing the game better than the 'LSU lock' crowd?
Seems like the Frank connection is always brought up, what if Noil is not that close to him? The idea that just because he is related would bear that much weight makes me question the people using that as evidence.
Maybe there are people who have a stronger influence than Frank in his life who are steering him elsewhere and would love to see LSU be the one getting trolled? Idk.

I agree , the best class in history is down the drain. Lol everyone talking about the greatest class ever . Not gonna happen .

Maybe it's just me -- and it probably is -- but wouldn't the gist of the tweet about how he's going to be used in the system essentially be "I'm gonna watch how well Cam Cameron implements his offense and if it's any good, I'm LSU bound"?
Seems to me that the main uncertainty isn't whether he's changed his allegiances or anything, but just the fact that LSU is breaking in a new OC and he naturally wants to see how it plays out. What recruit wouldn't? If it had been a defensive recruit tweeting that, then I could see cause for worry. But this is a WR who's just as in the dark as everyone else about LSU's current offense and has a lot more at stake here than most people.

His top 3 of A&M, USC, and Florida makes no sense then.
A&M I could buy. They throw the ball around.
USC runs a pro style offense like LSU and has no record of utilizing an undersized WR.
Florida has a terrible passing offense.

plus it is extremely unlikely their coaching staff survives his 3-4 years. I'd be curious what happens if Sumlin took an NFL job after this year.

For sure dude, especially at a school like USC where he hasn't even visited, they've got a way stronger pull on this kid than Frank Wilson.
Actions speak louder than words, he literally tweets a top 3 or 5 every week, LSU has been in about every other one for the last several months.
Also, based on twitter, Brandon Harris was an Auburn lock the weeks leading up to his commitment.

Speedy is such an A&M lock that Hamm just changed his crystal ball to LSU

Those are all good points. His relationship to Frank in and of itself isn't the only factor however, its just 1 of many that point to LSU. He said at the begining of the summer he wasn't going to take any visits over the summer and proceed to visit LSU a couple of times outside of the July camp and 7 on 7. Supposedly he was up one weekend hanging out, watching the NBA playoffs. Would be kinda odd for a guy to drive 90 miles or so to hang out with his uncle that he's not that close to considering his uncle is the recruting coordinator at a school not in his top 3 wouldn't you think.
Actions imo are more telling that tweets.
