Perhaps that is why ULL, ULM etc. are so good every year with thier rosters of two stars.

Posted on 11/25/08 at 8:38 pm to Ron Mexico
I mean serious Tebow will never be half the player Hester was.

dan mullen. apparently a slow-developing run directly at jerrell powe, peria jerry and greg hardy isn't a great idea.

yeah, oc maybe, but you konw urban thought, no way they stop this
ole miss is really a good football team
if dexter mccluster didnt fumble every other play they beat vandy and usc and are sitting at 9-2 right now

5 stars are great but it doesnt mean that just because a players a 5 star hes going to be a stud...
and if Michael Ford's a 4 star ill be fine with a bunch of 4 stars then
Seriously stars do mean a lot but theres greeat players out there every year that arent ranked that high that are really good players and im sure coaches dont scan ESPN to do there recruiting. So basically I think 5 star, 4 star, 3 star or no stars it how you develop at the next level not how you played against high school compitition or how you did in a try-out.

Because, as the old saying goes:
The race is not always to the fast, nor the battle to the strong ... but that's the way to bet.
