Who are our RB targets?

Joiner is heading to Bama. We need to offer JUCO RB BJ Emmons.
He would be able to come in and start next year and bridge the gap till the 2019 freshman get here.
The cupboard is bare next year at RB for LSU.

I wouldn't concede Joiner to bama at this point at all. Depth chart works really well in our favor. He is definitely from a very pro bama school but I think he really likes lsu. We have as good a shot as anyone
To the OP, it seems like it's kinda Joiner or bust for this class. Chris Curry is solid. I think he will have a similar career to Darrell Williams. Solid SEC back but nothing spectatcular

I completely disagree. With a rotation of CEH, Brossette, Curry, Provens, and Fournette I think we'll be just fine. Could constantly rotate 3 of those guys and keep each other's legs fresh! I think we're gonna be just fine!

Anthony "Pooka" Williams is someone to keep an eye on. A ton of local hype for the kid. Currently committed to Kansas but I bet if we wanted him bad enough we could flip him

none of those guys have shown anything to indicate they will be a quality sec starter. people can sunshine pump all they want, but missing on both Ettiene and Akers hurt this team a ton.

I agree. They wasted a lot of time on a quixotic quest for Cam Akers, who was a long shot at best. By the time they turned to Travis Etienne, he was pretty insulted at the lack of interest until after they knew Akers was FSU bound.

It wouldn't surprise me, but I do know that Shea Dixon thinks he's going to end up at LSU. Alabama is loaded at the RB spot. I think we have a good shot at him.

Joiner will get lost in the depth chart at Bama. Here, he'd be a day 1 starter and hero. No brainer for the kid.

I definitely remember "next year" comments with regard to receivers, specifically missing out on Smith and Ausbon flipping to A&M.

We thought we were getting Akers or at least Etienne. Everybody said that. Now we look like missing a big RB 3 years in a row.

Akers stated that LSU was a very close second to FSU. A few recruits left LSU at the alter and put the staff in a bad spot.
