Yep and it's easy to do without getting caught. You just get a non school employee to contact the guys you want.

On the 9th or 10 I'm since portal opens on the 9th

I don’t think D1 can actually hit the portal until the 8th.

It is open to enter now and players can join new schools on the 9th.

It opens the 9th so that is when teams when start contacting players who have entered the portal. Not a moment before bc that would be tampering.
