Cain is in. My question is... could we land the trio of Davis, Cain, and Emery?

Maybe but Cain on our team makes us better than a guy who is committed to another school.

Cain is the #6 rated RB, Davis the #8 RB-- I think that would be a pretty good haul. If we did get Emery also how long before someone transfers for lack of playing time?

About as long as it took Fournette, Guice, Williams, Brossette... [insert previous LSU loaded backfields here] ... etc, etc.

Les used to play so many backs they all stayed. O and E are playing Brossette so much you may be right.

He has an uncanny resemblance to Emmit Smith when toting the rock. My favorite of the three.

Davis, the one we already got on board, will be the best of the 3. He's not flashy and shiny, but he is a horse! With speed.

A college strength and conditioning program will make Davis a nuclear fueled runaway locomotive. Better recognize what we already have while you're going gaga over what Georgia has. Davis is not some consolation prize. He's top shelf!

Do we have enough spots to take 3 rbs? Considering coach o said he'd like another qb in this class.

I've posted before Cain will commit the day or the day after the early signing period.(I think ESPN will dictate the time) I work with a family member, he's from Baton Rouge and he and his wife are flying to his school with other family members for the announcement. He claims it's down to OSU,LSU & Auburn and he will not give any more info than that.

That's not a situation where we took 3 RB's in one class and Willimas and Brosette were not top 10 RB's.

Yes Davis is a stud. So is Cain. If we end up with those two, it'll be a glorious day in Tigertown!

I wish they could get him and Emery and wrap this up as for as the RB depth is concerned with those 2 and Davis, but is Emery still committed to Georgia. I mean what's up with that?? I also would love to see them get Lance Legendre and wrap up the QB depth with him, Parrish, and Finley coming in 2020. I mean 2019 would definitely be a beautiful class talent wise, and LSU would once again be loaded to the hilt.

We had this exact same conversation about JaMarr Chase this time last year, and Emery goes to a high school that’s traditionally been very kind to LSU.

Emery’s dad doesn’t want him at LSU. He may not end up at UGA, but I don’t think he ends up here.

Before he committed to Georgia, I thought we had made some inroads on this front.
