What's the news with Shea Patterson

I have an ole miss friend that wants me to take a bet that Shea gos to Ole Miss. Why is he so confident? What am I missing?

I just can't see shea at lsu. I have no insight to his recruitment but it just seems like he will end up elsewhere. He can be a game changer for us if he does come here, but I just don't see it happening. I guess I'm just preparing for the worst, I have trust issues ever since jan 2, 2014

Freeze can't recruit a legitimate QB to save his life, he won't start by recruiting the top QB in the country. Your friend is confident because he has to be on a psychological level. Ole Miss is screwed if they can't land him. Unless Kelly turns out to be much better than everyone thinks, their program's offense is going to live or die on his commitment. On top of all that, Shea is all LSU as long as Cameron is here. That's old news but I don't think it's changed.

Just as importantly, I think the idea of working with Cam is going to keep Sean at LSU. Promotion or no promotion. It's a stepping stone, everyone is clear on that. But to work with Cam for a couple of years tutoring his younger brother is just one hell of a 1-2 punch. And could lead to a much bigger step when the time comes.

If he is a GA he has to finish grad school if he finishes why wouldn't we give him a spot on our staff?
