To me it looks like we need to add an experienced transfer safety. All we have is Burns, Brooks, and Langalois, plus three true freshman

We are at 81. However, we probably lose 2-4 more after bowl game (some going pro and some transfer) so we need another 4-6 players. Not sure how many more HS we are after besides Harbor. So we will likely need another:
Safety
DL
LB
RB
OL
CB
Or Save a spot for after Spring game.

Baskerville played some good ball this year. Playing next to Perkins should inspire the next Mike, and many others. That’s that Mathieu energy. Looking at you, too, Denver.

An elite pass rusher would be nice, but my gut tells me Jones will a 6-8 sack guy this year. Perkins will get his share as well.

To piggy-back on another thread: Mike Jones. In a full tear in House’s Defense, could he make a jump?

I'm not sure why CB keeps being mentioned. They're young there but Brooks is probably sliding back to nickel which makes S a bigger need than CB. If you can get an average starting vet CB it wouldn't be bad for depth purposes. The main concern with CB is it's young even with Harris with his accolades as a freshman all-american. Secondary plays too much zone which is detrimental for a young player to get on the field over man.

Probably not. He has been extremely underwhelming since transferring from Clemson and just got straight passed up. I'm not even sure he's coming back.

They may want to see how Penn and Tolan develop before committing a starting ILB. Something tells me though the way BK operates is if they have a can't miss in the portal they're not going to sit around and wait for guys to develop at a position.

Banks can’t stay healthy. Another corner or two will miss time with injuries. You won’t have much experience on the corners to start with. In a perfect world we are set, but it never works out like that.
