Offense is going to be the key though. QB should be a big improvement, but we are losing our LT, top WR, starting TE, and top 3 RBs. Yeah, I don't think 11-1 is all that reasonable, but I do think it would win back the fanbase for the most part.

I think next year's team is gonna be different than what we've seen in year's past. I expect a lot of YOUNG contributors:

Claiborne - So.
Randle - So.
Loston - So.
Shepard - So.
Hurst - So.
Edwards - So.
Ag. So.
Logan - RS Fr.
Davenport - RS Fr.
Montgomery - RS Fr.
Mingo - RS. Fr.
Brockers - RS Fr.
Downs - So.
Clement - So.

To me that's a hell of a lot more depth than we had this year.

WR is a major unknown at this point.

I think the OL should be better - Hitt is gone and he was awful. T-bob should be bigger/better. Josh D. should be bigger/better. Hurst at RG. Then Shaw or Faulk at one of the tackles. Bigger guys, more athleticism.

Defense we get more depth on the DL.

LBer is shady, but as you said, Chavis is great with those.

Secondary is stacked.

And that's not to mention freshman that should get playing time - Ego, Copeland, Ware, Simon...

We've quietly amassed a very nice stable of talent.

UNC lost to Virginia last year.

At home...

Well, that's all fine and dandy, but if you're going to ramble on about what Butch did at Miami and use their cumulative coaching records, you might want to also throw in there what Miles took over at Oklahoma State.

Not saying you're wrong or right about who is a better coach, but you do need to provide a fair analysis if you're going to throw all that out there about what Butch had at Miami. Miles didn't exactly take over a powerhouse at Okie State.

And if you're going by records alone, I would certainly argue Miles' resume looks better than Davis' resume.

10-2, if our offense improves to 60th we'll be blowing people away. all our losses were close with the 112th offense. more offensive talent this year. defense will be improved as well. i do expect to win the west.
