There’s probably not many people that remember, but his dad wasn’t slow. Jamie probably ran about a 4.6 as well.

Man oh man that’s exciting...I truly believe LSU is going to be set at the QB position for quite sometime. The depth there will be incredible. As far as depth and quality at that position, I don’t think that is something we can say for this program since 2007.

Dude has been training with the best for a while. He runs track to stay in shape and increase mobility

This is the QB I've been waiting to get here. No matter who starts now, they'll be gone by the time he's a redshirt freshman most likely.

Howard also throws the ball better than Manning and is just a more talented prospect overall.

The STM coaches probably would prefer he not do this too often, but he carried around the left end for 60-plus yards and a TD as a sophomore vs St Louis Catholic.

sarcasm? His dad was plenty fast but how could he have been "much faster"? Lazer timed 4.63 is blazing fast for a QB.

I normally don't rave too much about recruits, but Walker Howard is the real deal. His high school film is some of the best I've ever seen, and this is coming from someone that worked several years for a recruiting service. I'd even go as far as saying that barring injury, WH will be a top 10 NFL draft pick.
