Updated ratings bumps and drops overreactions

The updated ratings always brings bumps and drops for all the kids in the top 500. These kids didn't all of a sudden become terrible or get better, its just that evaluators had a chance to review film and make adjustments on some kids that had not been evaluated.

Decoldest Crawford and Kedrick Law did not drop in rating, they simply rated other kids higher which caused them to drop down. On 247 Crawford started as an 89 and on this update he's still an 89. Kendrick Law actually debuted at an 89 an was bumped to 92 and still took a bit of a fall because they rated other kids higher.

These kids aren't falling they are exactly where they were. They did not re-evauate all kids, only the kids they had not seem much of. This summer things will really blow up with changes once camps are reinstated and kids are evauated in person against top competiton.
