It appears Clemson will be taking Zaire Patterson, who is a DE. Would have to believe Clemson is either out of the race or no longer near the top.

USC if he stays home, LSU if he leaves the state.
I think three things could really help our case here. For one, when the season starts and USC sucks again/LSU is the the national title hunt again, that will help. Secondly, they may not play football in Cali this year, so that will help. Lastly, we are getting Maason Smith, so if they wanna do the package deal thing (which they seem serious about) we are the best and most realistic option.
Us moving to the 4-3 and him being sold on being a potential starter year one and the first “big-time” true 4-3 end we’ve gotten since the switch in defensive style will be a big selling point too.
We know he’s not scared of distance because he was locked in with Clemson at one point. I think once he gets to campus and sees our facilities, gets to hold up the trophie, sees the atmosphere in Death Valley vs USC, we’ll have a real shot at this guy

We need to get him on a visit because with Maason and raesjon so his talent won’t get wasted at usc

USC very well may not play football this season

If we start consistently pulling kids from Cali, USC is in deep shite because alot of those will be kids that would have gone to SC and they won't be able to reverse the trend for years.

Do they play the same position though?
Think foreman outweighs him by a bunch

Same position? No but kid is 6'6" so he has the frame to put on more weight. They also have Cade Denhof who is the same position as Foreman.

I don't disagree, but don't sleep on what Cristobal has been able to do at Oregon. I don't know how high on his list they are, but Mario can recruit some DL.

Imagine Foreman and Thibodeaux. Unreal.

Yeah Oregon has been going into SoCal and getting lots of kids.
Again, IDK how Foreman feels about Oregon. I'm just seeing a trend. But I'm also seeing a trend from Cali to the Boot

It just seems wrong, a Thibodeaux playing for Oregon and not Orgeron.

I think he’s going to be a hard pull away from home no matter how shitty USC is. How great would it make O feel to take him from USC after they didn’t think he was good enough to be their head coach? I’d say it’s 60/40 he stays home but we have a real shot. We need Maason Smith to commit to put pressure on Foreman.
