Thanks for the blind link. Will wait until the rest of the thread summarizes it.

He may delay current April 18 commit date to take visits.

Summary: LSU was the first to show interest and he is still interested even though Brady isn't here. He has visited LSU, TCU, and Baylor. Gonna visit Miami and Texas. Probably going to delay commitment so he can look at aTm. He's a good QB.

And his family is very tight with Linehan (as previously discussed).

Dude is an absolute stud, I think he will be an incredible college qb. Hope he chooses the good guys.

I know it’s hard to click on a link and read for yourself, but you can do it.

My favorite and #1 QB prospect for 2021. MUCH better passer than Caleb and good mobility and win acumen. Caleb is a superior runner, but reminds me of Jalen Hurts.

So a phenomenal athlete who guided his team conference/national championships and nearly won a Heisman?

Yeah no thanks. I’ll take Nuss.

Caleb has way more throwing potential than Hurts ever had...stupid comparison.

In HS?
Is Caleb a better runner than Hurts?
Is he a better passer?

After watching Calebs highlights, I sure would enjoy seeing him in Purple and Gold.

I'm guessing we've conceded Caleb Williams?

What makes you think he doesn't have more potential than Hurts? What about him on film screams he's a Hurts clone? I would hope LSU is recruiting both and can somehow land both. It would be an amazing problem to have.

I'm not a talent scout, but he seems to have some of the same strengths as Hurts. Its a highlight film. I don't know his competition.
Hurts was the difference when he was leading an extremely talented team, Alabama, when they beat LSU. He wasn't so impressive when leading a lesser talented Oklahoma team.
If Williams comes to LSU, I'll hope he is ultra successful. If he goes to Oklahoma, I hope he is prepared to watch the National Championship in front of a TV. I'd rather see him as a player.

I agree, but Jalen Hurts was a better passer.

How did you arrive at your opinion? Was it from his amazing measly 56 percent passing completion rate? Or was it from his junior season highlight video where about 75 percent is of him running with the other 25 percent is of him passing with an extremely raw pocket presence and throwing motion?
