I am not sure but I will contact his cousin and get back to you...IIRC it was the early 2000's when his dad moved to Florida for a job

Kevin participated in the National IMG 7 on 7 tourney this past weekend and he was recognized as the top prospect regardless of position or class. Other notables include Bo Scarborough at #2 and Ermon Lane at #3
I can't wait to see him in Purple and Gold

1. Kevin Toliver II (2015) Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian | CB | 6-2, 183
Toliver, an LSU commit, shut down just about every receiver he went against, and in a defensive backfield that included Florida commits Duke Dawson and J.C. Jackson and FSU commit Derwin James, Toliver was clearly the best DB at the event. Top Recruits coach Keiwan Ratliff, a former Florida and NFL cornerback, said Toliver has all the skills to be an elite defensive back.
"That kid there, and I hate using the word potential, but it is unbelievable the potential the he possesses," Ratliff said. "He has the size, he has the speed, he has the technique, he has the mental toughness, he has the ball skills -- I can't say enough good things about him."
I can't wait to see him in Purple and Gold

He certainly has the potential....he is dominating the high school ranks right now and he is only going into his junior season...the future is bright for this kid!

Yea, this kid is going to be an absolute animal. Been dominating the camp circuit, but is even better in pads as a DB. Just so physically dominating at the line. Cant wait for him to get to LSU.

I'm as excited about Toliver II as any player in this class. Really stoked.

You guys aren't worried he grows out of CB? Man 6'2" 185 as a Junior is really big. I am sure he would be a great safety too. He is legit that's for sure.

Game is changing. NFL loves these huge, athletic, physical CBs now. Look at 49ers and Seattle.
With Calvin Johnson and Julio Jones' of the world popping up, it makes sense. PP7 is large man as well.

I surely hope he doesn't outgrow cb. Can't wait to see him at DBU
