Maybe Ala and Neb pharmacy program is not quite up to ULM standard?

Raytown may surprise some folks out this year. If they can get their passing game sharper, they have a chance, b/c they actually have some guys on defense. I was impressed by them in the
spring game, but it was just a spring game.

Unless the kid plans on staying in Rayville for the rest of his life (and he might), there is no fathomable rational for choosing a ULM education over an Alabama or Nebraska education. None whatsoever.

Unless he is majoring in pharmacy.

Saban said Johnson would get an offer this summer at camp...He said that when Bo Barton took Johnson and Griffin to Tuscaloosa in February. I'm not sure if Johnson ended up going back. From everything I've read from sites and heard from sources, Saban was really high on this guy, as was Pelini.

Alabama is looking for two, or three more interior defensive linemen. JUCO Jesse Williams is going to be one of them, I believe. That should leave two spots for DT/NG.

Wish I had a picture of Saban as it became apparent that he was going to lose to ULM.

Will that still be a highlight 50 years from now?

Perhaps, at least one generation.

One recruiting service had this kid ranked as the 86th best player in the state of Louisiana. Verbals mean nothing this early to these kids anymore, just means you are in that schools top 3 or 4. Once this kid takes his ACT and has his core classes and GPA up to snuff, the bigger schools will come knocking if he is all that. From what I hear that Chucky Hunter over at West Monroe is the one that is the stud in that area of the state and the kid from Evangel is the man over in that Shreveport area. And the best one of all is the kid at OP Walker who they call the freak who has given LSU a verbal. Offers don't usually come from the big schools until July or after they have passed that ACT or SAT. I wish ULM good luck though. It is just hard to keep a kid to a verbal anymore even with the best of schools.

Earthquake, as I said earlier in this thread his verbal commitment is as firm as avat of jello. But you are mistaken if you think anyone is waiting to pursue this kid and/or if you think chuckie is his equal. Nebraska, Missouri and Ark have offereda scholorship to him. LSU's commit is rated higher by rivals. But this kid can play. If his commit holds you will see him as a fresh agst LSU this fall.

Let's see..
No
No
No
and Gosh tells me alot about "brain dead"

It is dumb for a kid that has worked to be a natinal recruit to declare right now for that caliber of a school, slice it anyway you would like.

I never said it wouldn't be the place that ended up being his best option, but I don't think he was in jeopardy of them not holding a scholly for him.

Look, I agree with any and all opinions, cause that's all we have is opinions. But there is no reason for him to jump this early on a small school situation.IMHO

Good for him, great, yahoo, you da man.....whatever you want to tell him, but we all know it's not that great of a move this early. this topic is dead.
