I don’t care what they do in their careers, as long as we shut them down when we play them.
Bud, the majority of coaches going against bama would prefer to hold advantages over them in position groups. We are going to be playing guys at DB who weren’t exactly our first choices due to discipline and transfers.
Yes I would rather Garner and Brooks and whoever else playing db matched up on a bama true freshmen than having them matched up on jermaine burton

He wasn’t an issue to the team. He wasn’t complaining about reps or touches. He went about his business throughout the year when he could have been a major distraction.
Him not being loyal to a high or college doesn’t mean he’s not a good kid either. People switch jobs all the time for better situations. It doesn’t make them bad people.

He's been an excellent kid. No groans and moans. Suited up every week and gave 110%. He just won a natty, he can go somewhere now where he can get more than 26 receptions. He's too good to get 2 catches a game.

Thats fine. But it was 3 games. The only 3 games Brennan has ever started. He's still unproven as a QB. On top of that, it's a new offense under Denbrock. There's a lot of unknowns. If you're Burton looking to show out in a draft year, Bama with Bryce Young is more of a known commodity than LSU with Brennan or A&M with Johnson. So if Alabama is after him as reported, that's my guess on where he ends up. But it's just a guess. Don't take personal offense.

Believe he also switched high schools a few times, maybe even once midseason? Guy is a journeyman and hasn't even been to the pros yet
I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up at USC with Caleb.

Idk if you've compared our WR room to the school he's leaving (UGA's) but our's is pretty thin relative to theirs. We could use him more than you think with Koy Moore, Deion Smith, Alex Adams, Devonta Lee, and Trey Palmer having transferred and/or in the transfer portal.
We currently have 6 scholarship WR's with 2 coming in:
- Jack Bech 3*
- Kayshon Boutte 5*
- Chris Hilton 4*
- Jaray Jenkins 3*
- Malik Nabers 4*
- Brian Thomas 4*
- Kyren Lacy 3* (transfer from Arkansas)
- Landon Ibieta 3* (2022 Class)
That's compared to UGA who has 14 active WR's and 4 coming:

Why bother with the star rating? Bech being a three star in high school doesn’t mean shite.
Also not sure what the frick you’re looking at, because Brian Thomas Jr. was a highly rated 4 star and Lee is in the portal.
