Sounds like an athlete LSU should recruit for whichever sport he wants to play in college.

He plays QB and has a rocket arm.
Over 6'6" and you start running into issues with a QB. Throwing motion becomes too slow. Unless his height plateaus, he will be playing basketball only.

I understand he will continue to grow.
But there are a number of QB’s in the NFL at 6’6” and above. At six feet and eight inches, Dan McGwire was the tallest quarterback to play in the NFL upon his professional debut.
With his basketball athleticism, a transition to another position would be very possible.
Years ago, Les stopped off to visit a kid he’d got word about. Les asked the Head Coach if he knew where he was, the coach took Les to the gym, where a pickup game was taking place. The kid Les was there to see, took a rebound, drove the length of the court, slammed the ball through the goal. The coach told Les,”That’s him!”

Football has always been his first love. Played DE and QB in Jr High. They moved him to WR and he loves it. He loves to make plays. Definitely not the fastest WR but hard to guard because of his jumping ability and his ability to high point the football. He is one of the very few Freshman to come up so early at Ruston. I think basketball wins out.
I personally know him and he is a great kid.

The freshman class has ridiculous talent. Hudson and Anding at WR with Clark and Davis at rb and Sam Hartwell at QB.
5 of the guys dressed for JV after after the freshman scrimmage, Hudson at WR, Hartwell at QB, Ramos at kicker, Clark at deep snap and my son at center
