24/7 has him as being warm for 3 schools. LSU, Penn State and Virginia Tech.

We start landing these guys with the big time QBs and look out. OL, QB, DL, LB is your foundation imo. Land the best at these positions and we’ll take back the west and SEC in short order.
LSU has always been a popular spot to go and now that football is being played at this level here we will start landing these guys not just getting them to come visit.
