Gray averaged 4 ypc on 5 carries in the 3rd quarter... off the average, but not really shutting him down. The percentage of plays in the 3rd and 4th quarter did, however, dramatically favor the pass.. there's no denying that. Turnovers were probably the biggest factor in the game.. A&M turned it over too many times and failed to stop the LSU rushing attack after the loss of MLB and defensive captain Hodges in the 2nd quarter..
Nicely played Dinardeaux. You went to a more fine-grained level of analysis. Now that is doin work!

Wish you could have been this smart when you were still coaching the Tigers, but whatever.

Austin AmStatesman still shows Williams as a visitor to the 4/23/11 Texas Junior Day. They must have written and posted it before Williams committed to A&M. LINK
a bunch of these guys are already committed to Texas. It's going to be another great class.

Others who will be visiting the Longhorns include San Antonio Reagan quarterback Trevor Knight (No. 30 on the Fab 55), Spring DeKaney running back Trey Williams (3), Dallas Skyline receiver Thomas Johnson (6), Pearland Dawson offensive lineman Kennedy Estelle (7), DeSoto offensive lineman Curtis Riser (15), Brenham defensive tackle Malcolm Brown (4), Humble defensive tackle Paul Boyette Jr. (54), Brenham linebacker Tim Cole (14), Denton Ryan linebacker Alex De La Torre (38), Dallas Skyline linebacker Peter Jinkens (23) and Dallas Smith safety LaDarrell McNeil (10).

Jarrett Fobbs committed to TAMU on July 9th 2009

I went to A&M, graduated from A&M, and my wife went to A&M. I just can't stand the kool-aid drinkers from there that they finally make a decent bowl game, and think they are bouncing back or that their school is squeaky clean when it comes to recruiting.
There's a difference between being a smart, knowledgeable fan and what I mentioned above
This is why I like you Geaux. Unfortunately every fan base has it's jackholes, even in BR. The internet now gives everyone a platform, where as these same idiots wouldv'e been shut-up in sports bar banter in the past.

Yeah.. now the jackholes immediately respond to a thread about 2 guys committing to a school they went to, yet hate, with such gems as:
"Neither will wind up there in the end, and I would be willing to put money on that."

Jarrett Fobbs is from Louisiana.

I do have to say I never got any grief when I wore my LSU shirts on A&M's campus, but that might have been because of the people I walked around with

Could be wrong about that, but I thought he was a Katrina transplant.

I havent heard that. Brandon Alexander who we signed this last class was a Katrina transplant

He was a late bloomer. He's a OLB/DE. Not many people were on him early but it turned into a huge Texas vs A&M battle the month before signing day. I think he's just a 3 star but some sites were saying he was one of the best defenders in the state.
I guess time will tell

Then you might do some research and instead of bash A&M's OL recognize they started 2 trur freshman at both tackles the entire year in Joeckel and MAtthews and one was a freshman all-american and one freshman all-conference. Add to that sophs at both guard's. They and a heck of a year and most knowledgeable football fans would think that those kids would get better going into there soph and jr years. But your post about them not even being a good OL is laughable.
also, if you had any clue about Mike Sherman, you would not speak ignorance about sqeaky clean. I wish he would have been dirty, but the guy just doesn't have it in him and the alumni are to gun shy to cheat anymore. That is why it has been a decade of decline.
