Most people have talked about Quinn's route running and ability to create space, but from these clips he's definitely no slouch after the catch. ...Very elusive runner.

Well, you could actually count knock downs, pancakes, sacks on the qbs blind side, yards rushed on his side, any holding calls etc.
I don't know if they keep stats like that, but that is what I would look for.
