LSU’s push for another running back in the 2017 class will turn up even more on Monday.

LSU head coach Ed Orgeron, offensive coordinator Matt Canada and running backs coach Jabbar Juluke will all head to Jennings (La.) to go in-home with four-star running back Travis Etienne.

I just can't believe Etienne doesn't see the opportunity he has here. As a sophomore he has a legitimate chance to be the feature back.

I think he ends up at LSU.

Gotta believe he knows that for sure. Look at what LSU did with Guice. Etienne will be on the filed against BYU.

We probably should have paid attention to him earlier but he's got to realize this is just what's expected in the given circumstances and go with it.

LSU vs Clemson

I think Canada convinces him to stay at LSU, though.

Gotta get him. Although if we can turn Helaire into Devonta Freeman that'd be pretty nice too. Devonta is only 206 and 5'7 and runs between the tackles pretty nicely. 5'8 192 get him 10-15 more pounds and we might have something.

LSU is going to be good starting next season. Clemson lost a lot of talent and won't be good again for a while.

Moreover, there is no way a Jennings boy can live without boudin, crawfish, and especially gumbo. If he makes the wrong decision, he'll live to regret it.

Tennessee had about the best season last season as its going to have in a long time. Commit to LSU and you will have a better season than Tennessee had last season every season of your career at LSU.

That's actually what I was saying, but this board is so damn hypersensitive.

Plus I heard that Tennessee took its 3rd RB commitment from someone that wasn't Etienne today which makes it an LSU/Clemson fight.

Okay. So what? Who cares. They are going to have to rebuild. They are losing all their best skill positions to the draft.
