I agree we should take another one. I’m just saying we aren’t as in dire straights as once thought. DL is a major concern and not corner if these piece fall.

Harris is rumored to be visiting Colorado this coming weekend. I used to live in Boulder and have friends who work at the university, both in admissions and athletics. There's lots of buzz around the program right now with recruiting. That's the word on the street in Boulder.
CU is also hosting Malachi Coleman and Travis Hunter will be on his way to Boulder soon. If you don't think Prime rolling out the red carpet for the Harris family will make an impact, you're crazy. Say what you will about Deion, but he ran a tight ship at Jackson State, he talks a convincing game, and relates well to players. The vision of being part of the #1 DB tandem in football under Prime would be enough to make most kids reconsider.

We have no starting or experienced corners returning.
Kelly will not go into next year with 2 -3 Welch, Tovino and Harris as his starters no matter how good they are. He will 100% bring in a top notch experienced corner from the portal.

We don’t have the luxury of turning away someone as talented as Denver Harris. We need lots of help in the secondary and DL next year.

We have guys that can play nickel like sage Ryan who should continue to get better. I thought the kid from Oklahoma state was still on the roster? I forgot his name, I always get him confused with Davis Robinson
I guess I was wrong because if he’s on the team still then you would have said him . He would be a starter.
Also,Banks isn’t one to give up on . His injury was the same injury as major burns and major came back this season after the injury. Sevyn would have been back if he would have had the injury earlier in the year like burns probably. Just from what I gathered it’s not like the two injuries sevyn had are connected and have lingering effects
If sevyn stays and gets healthy then he can start. Also, I’m sure that at least one of the freshman or redshirt freshman are gonna be good enough to start day 1
