The guy on TSD has been spot on with Davis stuff this year and he says he will sign with Texas. I guess we'll see.

Even if he was saying he's 90% is really another way of saying he was not committed. You are either committed or you are not. he won't be faxing 90% of his LOI to one school and 10% to another.
I don't think he wanted to start a shite storm prior to signing day. Pretty strong indication that he is a Longhorn

"Committing" to a school early seems to mean less and less each year. Too many of these kids want the attention and shock factor of their decisions.
