Blakeney will likely sign in early period (he hasn't indicated but the kid keeps thing close to the vest and doesn't get swept up, would assume he wants it overwith before the season).
Sampson has stated he will sign in late period but I guess anything can change?
Elijah seems poised to commit in early period.

So Antonio Blakeney has scheduled an OV to Mizzou on October 15th. I'd expect him to announce his other visits soon.

I also think it's hilarious that Quin is now coaching the fricking Utah Jazz. Out of all the teams in all the states, Quin Snyder goes to the Jazz.

Four-star forward Mickey Mitchell decommitted from Ohio State yesterday.

His brother was a linebacker for the Buckeyes but transferred to Ohio State. He's gotten two CBs to Texas Tech and one to Baylor since decommitting. People think he will follow his brother to Tech, but that team is god awful so who knows

Blakeney is taking a visit to Louisville next weekend and his AAU coach is all of a sudden talking them up? I wonder what happened?

Eh, I wouldn't freak out yet. Sounds like he will be taking all of his officials. Louisville writers are saying if he doesn't commit then that greasy frick Pitino will move on to Perry Dozier.

I agree, but its a position I never thought we would be in...its big time college basketball recruiting and we are in the middle of it....its pretty exciting.

A little bit more on Blakeney, All of these comments came from his AAU coach, so I would take them with a big ol grain of salt. Like he said Antonio hadn't set up any other officials when it was confirmed earlier this week he was going to visit Mizzou on like October 10th. Also heard something about us getting the last visit in November and he wants to announce like a couple days after on ESPN and then sign. So that could be a really good indicator of how things are going.
