So for the lineman doing the shot put was like an analytic because those guys had better hands coming into college than those who didn't.

When Charles was talking about Baylor it was around the 2010-2013 timeline and when Baylor's offense was loaded at WR with track guys under Briles. They started taking these track guys because they projected better when they got into college.
