This is Very Neat About Recruits Today

I know recruiting is a business but it's neat to see recruits give thanks to God when they pick up offers.

It really is. Can't thank God enough. Very few get the opportunity to get a free education bc they can play a game. Giving thanks to God seems like it'd be a given doesn't it?

So what about the ones who don't get offers? Should they be thanking god for not giving them an opportunity?

the Word also says to thank God in all things, not necessarily for all things.

Yes. This is all throughout the Bible; being grateful I’m everything- even suffering. Not receiving an opportunity just means he’s closing some doors and opening others to show you His will.

For the purposes of this thread, let's just say that they too ought to give thanks to God for the blessings He bestows. Those may not be in the form of scholarship offers to play big-time CFB, but whatever they are, give thanks (even if they never post it on social media).
