The problems with LSU recruiting

1. Pelini at DC. Will he be fired? Saban is using that against us
2. Is coach O long term? Is his divorce and new fling making him lose his love of the game?
3. Our fan base on lsu scoreboard ripping coaches and players; and the SEC Rant having a field day with us having a bad season
4. One year wonder is probably being mentioned by other schools
5. Covid, violations and OBJ
6. Ryan Clark
7. Losing brady and aranda
I see us taking 3 and low 4 stars soon. Uga, Bama, Clem, and osu will clean house.
Why is it when the teams mentioned above get embarrassed on the big stage, they don't have a falling off? Why is it when lsu plays in a title game, win or lose, we have a falling off?
As I said this past winter, Clemson was still landing recruits while lsu wasn't getting any after our dominant year. Made no sense. But, you ranters said... Oh we will see a alot of great recruiting for 2021 and beyond. It takes a year...blah blah blah

As bad as 2020 had gone for LSU it’s only normal that people start to ask questions. We’ve had an inordinate amount of issues surrounding the program and it’s adding up and it looks like it’s impacting our recruiting.
In ten years will Coach O be seen as a top HC, or will he be seen as a one hit wonder. What O does in the immediate future will determine all that. Right now he needs to draw upon all his people and fight through all this and get us back on track.

It is discouraging to see us miss out on some guys that I thought were in the bag. I think Ryan is the start...guys like Leigh, Maason, and Foreman will probably go elsewhere.

This may be ridiculous, but I feel like stuff like this doesn't help.
I don't think any of those things you mentioned really matter.
The problem with recruiting is Nick Saban. It's not like his defense is all that great. Their fans want to fire Golding..
What more does LSU have to do? They just came off the greatest season ever including beating Saban at his own house with Tua.

Stop crying man. If a kid doesn’t bleed LSU then we don’t need them. Plus you can’t control if a kid want to play somewhere else no matter how much you recruit them. They are kids and doing what is best for them. If they want to be Bama groupies then let them. The train must keep moving with them or without them. Bama emptying their pockets for them. It’s no lack of effort from our staff at all. We just not willing to pay the price tag.
