Just read a couple of tweets regarding Texas' push to sign Fowler. Strong is meeting with him today.

At the risk of coming off as a sunshine pumper, the fact that Charlie Strong is leaving his official visitors to go in-house with Fowler tells me that at least as of this point, Strong feels they still trail LSU.

Little to no chance he flips. He's made his mind up. Kids heard everything Strong has had to say 10 times over and has never been close to flipping. Nothing to worry about.

I think he's doing this out of respect for his parents, nothing else. His dad set this up, not Erick. Erick even called our staff before hand to tell them Strong was coming but that he was solid and they had nothing to worry about. This isn't Shiro Davis who wouldn't take our calls the last week before NSD.
