According to Sam Nader, he spoke at a luncheon today in houston amd was raving about McGee. On more than one occasion he steered the conversation to talking about how McGee would contribute as a freshman and that he was one of the most fluid runners he has seen in his 36 years at LSU!!!!

But But But...... You are a fool for calling talent in Magee....

Wonder if this Nader guy has a little bit more experience than some of us..... and he is saying the same things.....

Great guy. Gonna be a locker room leader

for the film, that's good competition he's running through but it still doesn't justify him. Those are a few nice clips, but he did this stuff every single game. it just got to be "normal"....

good stuff.....Magee is just a winner.

At 1:00, that is probably one of the best highschool runs I've seen in person. That was Ty Ty's junior season on a cold and wet field in Covington. Me and Tigerdog were sitting right up from where he gave that nasty stiff arm. I just remember say "oh my god...oh my god...oh my god!"

Will he be drafted in the MLB draft? I know he is coming to play both sports. I don't want another ZL situation. Hopefully he will dominate both sports at LSU.

Not to throw water on it but.........I don't think the kid has the straight ahead speed to become great.I've seen him play at least 10 times, no doubt he will be good, but I don't think he can take it the distance when he breaks into the open.JMHO

he isnt the fastest guy in the world, agreed. But he can cut at full speed and has amazing balance. probably a 4.5 guy

Don't know if the but but but was directed at me but I was clearly being sarcastic. Magee is an underrated 3* imo.

That's why i like the comparison to Dalton Hilliard more than Kevin Faulk.

Hilliard didnt have great speed but he had great moves and balance with those enormous thighs.

Barry Sanders and Emmit Smith didn't have break away speed either.

Acceleration/quickness is more important for a RB than a fast 40 time.

If you can get 10 yards a carry, I really don't care if you have great break away speed. Just be quick, powerful, and be able to accelerate and cut.

Why was this guy a 3 star? What was the knock on him by the recruiting services?
