It's kind of crazy that OSU hasn't been able to pull one 4* from the state.
I think we were close to a couple of big fish like R. Lawrence but couldn't close the deal.
In some ways LA and OH are similar; the best players in the state almost always end up at OSU/LSU, and when they don't it's a big deal

I dont buy that for a second. Let him walk the sacred grounds of Death Valley and hear the roar of 102,000+ people when another linebacker makes a play behind the LOS. Our product sells it self and OSU has to pitch to a Louisiana kid that Ohio really isnt that bad. He'll be just another player on Ohio State's team, but he'll be adorned by our fanbase. We will win another national championship in the near future and going to OSU may result in him being on the losing side of that deal.

Show proof or a link where that is a true....... From my understanding and reading all the websites (247, rivals,) he has a very close relationship with new DC Jim Knowles for at least 2 years now and when Knowles was coach at Oklahoma State. Knowles has prioritized him and who wouldn't want to play for him after what he accomplished at Okie State and much, much better talent now at Ohio State. Knowles would be his positional coach also at LB. C'mon the kid is almost a 5* (.0977) and has over 40 offeres from major players. Why wouldn't Saban want him.

His decision belongs to him only, ours don't really matter. Would love to see him (a Louisiana guy) at LSU.

An interesting take from OSU fans about comparison with LSU.
On Saturday in NOLA before the LSU-OSU National Championship 2007, I overheard three OSU guys comparing each teams’ RBs, defenses, offenses, etc and felt they were superior in all categories. Then one of them commented that there was one category that LSU was kicking their arse in. The other two asked in what category; his reply, “did you see LSU’s women?” All agreed.
So the moral of this story: all who sign with the Buckeyes will end up with an increased chance of dating plow horses. Good luck with that!
