On our own stickied recruit page it shows 12 3*’s.

The stickied page “LSU 2024 recruits “ that is my info. I’m not bouncing around and picking the highest a recruit is rated.
For you rocket scientist’s and I quote, “as of yesterday” we had 24 recruits and 12 were 3* of 24. That was before a 5* flipped. So pay attention.
As of this moment 2 DE’s and one weak side D/E. Like I said “NO TACKLES OR NOSE TACKLES”.
I won’t address personal attacks, lies or innuendo.
I do enjoy this. I’m up at 4 a.m. right now doing more analyzing.
I’m not writing a thesis I’m giving my personal OPINION just like you. You don’t have to like it. It’s mine and mine alone. You can attack all you want and get personal and personally attack me. It just shows me how weak you are.
Keep up the good posts Cap’n Crown. I love them. My appreciation for your posts were cut off of yesterday’s post.

I addressed this very issue in a thread the other day, about an early in state offer to the DE from Karr (who will very likely grow in to an inside position) as it pertains to in state offers, and their timing and how we have to be careful so as to not alienate our in state relationships with coaches and players here in Louisiana.
However your assertion about us taking any ol warm body to fill out the class couldn't be further from the truth.
The Orgeron Era staff may have done things like that at the end of the cycle to fill out a class, but Kelly doesn't operate that way.
Every offer is carefully vetted and considered. With the portal, of a player isn't worthy of LSU, they don't get offered, period, because we would save that scholly for someone from the portal.
There are mo wasted offers from this staff. If we offer them, it is with every hope and intention that that player will grow to become and valuable contributer to LSU at some point during their 4 years here.
You say that you're not bashing 2 or 3 stars, but that's exactly what you're doing. You say you're studying film huh ?
If that's the case then why don't you give me a scouting report on all these 3 stars we shouldnt take, and why you believe LSU shouldn't offer them. Don't forget to include their grades and pedigree statistics, so we can glean a fuller understanding of why you think these potential future LSU student athletes shouldn't be at our Alma Mater. I am correct in assuming you attended LSU, aren't I ?

Unlike most fans I really don’t concern myself with stars because I look at their offer list. If the kids got offers from multiple SEC teams and other P5 programs that says all I need to know. LSUs probably put more 3 stars in the NFL than any college team in the last 20+ years. I respect your opinion because it’s yours. Geaux Tigers
