Crazy how it seems like Kristian Fulton is leaning towards UF.

Well UF is better academically, going to the state FL seems to be the thing to do since the 1950's, and they have a decent DB history as well. Not like LSU's, but close.

LSU, specifically Corey and Frank have done all they can to reel in Kristian. The support he would have at LSU isn't close to what he will receive at UF. Parents definitely want him close to home, but they are leaving the decision up to him...Kristian will have to weigh the importance of having family close and able to see him play regularly...I guess its no different than Fowler to us...its a shame because he is a very talented young man and would be great for the home team...still very young in age and as a parent, I suspect that is a concern as well..

What are you saying here, that UF somehow has more support for their players?

I am absolutely not saying UF would provide more support for Fulton...on the contrary, but a 17 year old doesn't have an appreciation for it...The thing that folks in the know will tell you, Frank takes care of his NOLA players more than you know...his connection and commitment to families is real...

Until Buga copies and pastes this, I'm skeptical.

Any word on Steph Taylor? Also, is Buga Paint Train gone and Brodyman is taking over duties?

Getting Mullen is a must if we miss on Fulton. Getting both is very DBU, but that seems unlikely at this point.

Late offers to these other DB's is somewhat telling of our coaches thoughts on getting Fulton and Mullen. Seemed like we could have pressed for other guys that have now since committed elsewhere (ex. Broussard). Oh well recruiting isn't a perfect system. Good luck to Fulton in Gainesville......LF7 will be looking for him next year.
