I think talent evaluation is one of the most important aspects of coaching.

Coaches make mistakes at every level from playground to the NFL.

College level you need to pick the right guys and coach them up.

I get your point and agree with you.

Yea, would a college coach's choice of recruits be 25 5* recruits for his class or 25 2/3 stars for his signing class?
