I guess you're oblivious to what was being reported before he even went into the portal? He was planning to leave LSU with the thought we were getting Lacy. He signed with Ole Miss, so then Durham signed with LSU.

There are still hundreds of players in the portal, maybe thousands.
Maybe they're not good enough for a starting P4 line, but tampering with another team's roster has to carry some kind of penalty.

What did you see? I saw that supposedly Oregon offered him because of his relationship with Samples.
I do believe that he wouldn't be here if Lacy was here but this never got started.

Miami had one player that played in every game all the way to the natty. Ignored the portal, took NIL money from the big 10.

This NCAA rule won’t stand, it’s too extreme. I agree they need to be stern but this is ridiculous. HC out 6 games and 20% of schools FB operating budget is crazy work. If the rule passes will be interesting to see the first school to test it and file lawsuit. NCAA is getting creative by not punishing the athletes in any way. That would be immediate death nail for NCAA in court.
