It would be evidence that he can get the best players. But he has to continue to compile that evidence, and that's demonstrated in the strength of the class relative to your competitors.

Bottom line is we have to start getting class better than our competition. Otherwise how are we going to catch them?

You can accept it if you want to, but you don't have to confess your love of it here.

I am sure Tiger Ree will find one if necessary.

I'd definitely back off on his recruiting follies from this year.

that's not according to 247. 24/7 has him as #2. That's the composite that has him a #1, which most would probably say is better. Seems like 24/7 ratings are typically more accurate in my opinion.

I choose to be positive about our chances to land this commitment. Regardless of how you feel about O (I am neg-o-tive), we need to get more positive around here.

The O matter will work itself out in time.

Would missing on Sophie shake your diehard support of O?

FWIW, I think We get him. This is Os wheelhouse, butnif we don’t, how would you feel about it?

Sophie ???

I have more going on in my life to let the decisions of high school kids affect my feelings one way or another. I would be disappointed if he doesn't go to LSU but it wouldn't last for very long. LSU should have a good class regardless. It will be better with him but it won't be the end of the world If not.

Some people look for stuff to be miserable about and start a year in advance. I don't and won't.

How will you feel when Kardell Thomas signs with LSU? Will that shake your diehard support of O?

I didnt Ask how your life would be I asked how you would feel about O missing an the #1 player who is a LA dlinemen.

I am Going to be thrilled if O signs a top 5 class. I expect him to recruit at that level.

There's no excuse for missing out on this guy. D-lineman, in state, that's O's wheelhouse.

Except the fact that Bama has an in to Amite with both a coach and a former teammate at Bama.

From what others have said, Saban is treated like a god whenever he visits Amite.

So O needs to get his arse in there and walk on some fricking water - figuratively

But literally couldn’t hurt.

Surtain’s recruitment proves that kissing arse all you want won’t always bring home the bacon when it comes to 17 year old kids.
