She had her appendix removed about a month ago so I know she didn't play for about the last 2-3 weeks of the season. But they have other good hitters. I don't understand their lack of run production.

Thanks I didn't know, just knew she was out for some medical reasons
Last week
St Amant was upset by West Monroe 1-0
Tidwell was walked repeatedly
Interesting year in the state with playoff upsets
When i saw Mt. Carmel play a couple times over the last month or two they would have a lot of base runners but as soon as they are on base, no one would drive them in.
Sucks, hopefully Wickersham can be successful here

I heard Victoria Abrams is killing it this season, granted its not vs elite competition but she is smashing the ball every weekend.
From the stats i saw she was batting .558 with 15 doubles 5 triples and 9 homeruns
She seems to be a really under rated player, shite load of athleticism and raw power

I watched plenty of games this weekend in Sulphur but the player that impressed me the most was the shortstop from Hahnville. Anybody has any clue where she is going? She is the real deal

I think that is a big miss for LSU, cant let a hometown talent like that walk, she must be underrated because she might be the best all around player I have seen from Louisiana in a while. Hits for average, power, steal bases, range, smooth glove, good arm. I guess the same way Pooka Williams was slept on by LSU football until it was too late

Nice to see your thread 357 as we are loosing some great ones including Hoover, Walljasper and of course Griggs wishing them and the seniors the best with gratitude and success in their future endeavors.
Always nice to see the ladies reload and what's on tap for next year. Torina and staff will lead us in the right direction hopefully curing our hitting percentage woes, while our pitching staff gears up for SEC play.
