I'm not saying he's not a big deal. I'm saying we are offering him to get our foot in the door and try to get him to prolong his process longer. Like it's been said, some are thinking he commits to A&M this weekend. LSU is hoping that the offer forces him to wait it out a little longer.
Phillips is a great athlete, but we already have 3 LBers committed. I think the staff is looking at some bigger fish first
