Someone mentioned family up there I think? That probably weighed into it quite a bit

Not saying this is the case, as I'm not sure. But sometimes a school may not see the point in even offering a scholly when they have no chance. Or maybe it's just never been discussed. Maybe OSU's coaches said "if we can actually get this kid to campus we have a shot and can offer him." And that's what happened. Just saying there can be circumstances. He was committed here for a while

I'm trying to find out the details. Last I knew, his Dad said it was a little vacation. That was Thursday. Next, I see Dad post on Facebook that OSU was treating Boo as a priority. Not sure if this means LSU wasn't, but it sure looks like it now.
Kinda surprised as hard as he worked to get an offer that this would happen.
When I hear from his Dad, I'll let y'all know what happened.

PG et all--- we have to remain patient and positive. Kind of glass half full mentality but we have double digit spots to fill and everyone left is our top target and priority at their position

We just had a hugely successful recruiting weekend where the best target to come out of la maybe ever had an absolute blast

Recognize that our patience will pay off. If you can't handle the wait... Stay the hell off the RB

Damn, I really liked this kid. I wonder if LSU maybe cooled off on him after his knee injury? Or maybe he percieved it that way. No matter I wish him success at OSU. Time to sign DC.
