He reminds me of Kevin Faulk. This is a great pick up for the Tigers. Great change of pace guy for Leonard F.

Is he Tongan or Samoan? Those dudes are big and tough and athletic in Utah.

Looks like he has strong legs, elusive and is fast. I'm not impressed with his physicality in the video though. We all know what Les thinks of guys who don't lower their shoulder and dish punishment out...

5 minutes into the video and I haven't seen him lower his shoulder once.

He seems to make everyone miss and then they are chasing him....but not catching him

Appears to run pretty tough to me, and rarely did the first guy in position to make a tackle actually bring him down.

may be showing my age, but he reminds me a lot of Dalton Hilliard with the lateral moves. I don't think Dalton was quite as fast, but he could stop on a dime and give you change

That's was my first impression also... He appears to have that low center of gravity which gives him the power to run through tacklers inside like Dalton.

That video shows he's a football player not just a runner.

I like the way he runs I'm just saying Les puts these guys in the doghouse all the time.

Yes, reminds me of Hilliard. Not quite the wiggle but has a great burst, hands, and appears faster than Hilliard. Changes hands with the ball very smoothly. I like this kid.

Great change of pace back that will catch a lot of eyes when he comes in. He doesn't look physical in the vid because to doesn't allow himself to take clean hits.

Just hope he can stay healthy and contribute both as a RB and on special teams.

If as we all eagerly anticipate, LF also goes to LSU, will these two be like Dalton Hillard & Gary James from the 1980's?

So happy about this offer and commitment! We won't regret it!

I think Palelei could be a star.

ETA: And after seeing that pic on Page 5. . .

You know I usually take comparisons with a grain of salt, but I can definitely see a little Sproles in him.
