They’re all related.
“His bloodline is no stranger to football. His cousins Doug and Demetric Evans both landed successful careers in the NFL, also products of Haynesville High.”

Damn, that was an emotional video. Joe and his father seem like wonderful people. I hope all of their dreams for Joseph come true.

Great video! I will be pulling for this kid hard as a tiger. What a great dad he has raising him after losing his wife. I know that is hard but like he said I be damn if another man raise my son.

Wow, That is one beautiful and inspiring story, Solo. Thanks for that. Very nice family and glad we have him. We all will hope he makes it to the next level and helps his family prosper. Sad that he and his dad and siblings lost their mom.

I’ll bet he has more of an impact than almost any freshman next year

A very underrated kid who will be a force at DT. People think LSU is light at DT, but you will be surprised.

Very inspiring and hope he does well and reaches his goals in life. The football is secondary given the battles he’s faced and overcome. Looks like a good guy with a great dad who has helped build a solid foundation.

Thanks for posting that clip. If we want to know if Joseph has character, just look at that photo of the kids chopping weeds in that big garden first thing in the morning. That builds character as well as appetite... He's a very lucky young man to have a father like that.

I think he's gonna make us forget about some missed DT's...
You watch.
You watch.
