With Boutte declaring, does that open up room for another slot receiver/returner? Maybe I’m reaching but I’m a bit of homer and love seeing Louisiana kids come back home…

I actually have no clue who else offered, I don’t keep up with it as closely as others do.
I just know that he’s a speedster that’s slot guy type and supposedly a good return guy.

They have 4 incoming WRs possibly 5 if WR is his intended position. 1 is a 5* with the other 2 being borderline 5* and an underrated one that probably should be ranked ahead of Sampson/Brown. The other is an ATH who will likely be a WR. We're okay.

Zavion Thomas had one of the most ridiculous senior seasons out there. He had 37 catches for 1,025 yards and 18 TD. That's 27.7 yards per catch and a TD every other time he caught the ball. He also added a casual 779 yards and 6 TD rushing on top of that. He returned 3 punts for TDs as well.
As a junior he had 45 catches for 1,050 yards with 8 TD as well.

I dont know why anyone would be against adding him. With Boutte leaving it obviously leaves a WR spot open and why not fill it with a former LA kid that Kelly said we would be targeting exactly that in the portal?

They need to add another player with college experience. 100% positively
They will have 3 guys returning with any kind of extensive playing time.
The other 8 guys have 7 catches between them (all by Chris Hilton )
