Rivals paywall, but there’s been some worry around here, sounds like he’s 100% locked in

LSU commit Raesjon Davis has been playing "recruiting coordinator" for the Tigers' 2021 class. We had a great convo about his relationship with Ed Orgeron, recruiting others & more. lsu.rivals.com/news/lsu-lb-co… "I'm just trying to recruit the best players here and build a dynasty."

It's just the same dumbass Ohio State fans that thought they really had a shot at Elias Ricks as well

I think most of the scuttle has been from USC fans on Davis.

There was one OSU insider who kept throwing out Ricks name as possible when most had moved on so that led fans to grasp on

Agree totally, remember how we were arguing over if the Ricks family had moved to BR, making everyone nervous including me. The main reason I know he’s comin is because he dropped in rankings, no longer juicy news or click bait. He SOLID kid, HE COMIN, WE STILL COMING!!!!

He was always going to be a tiger
His announcement was a carbon copy of Elias Ricks
Ricks did his on Christmas and Davis did his on new years

Yes, but he said himself he wanted to commit just like elias.
That's the reason he picked new years

Thats simply because Oregon is red hot right now. I doubt it as they signed Noah Sewell and Justin Flowe last class and are likely to take his brother this class. They also already have 2 lb commits although Raesjon is higher than both of them.. Anything is possible but its not the same as the Ohio State and USC smoke that we've seen.

Wouldn’t shock me. I saw Mater Dei’s corner committed there today.

Oregon has a chance to be a Clemson in their conference with their recruiting the last couple years. Flowe is there, as is Thibodeaux.

I hope he sticks with LSU. He will be a very good player.

Davies was a piece of the puzzle. Also, our inside sources are saying that Flowe and Sewell don’t scare him.

I know Davies would help and I know he isn't afraid of competition. I just think right now its Oregons fans that think it could happen. Until I see a Oregon insider say something similar to the Ohio State and USC smoke then id just say its a dream due to what Oregon is doing right now.

Matt Prehm from 247 leans very heavily on the the national guys. Justin Hopkins from Scoopduck has said this was a real possibility for a month due to Davies.

Honestly, it’s not just Flowe and Sewell but we have a shite ton of ILBs. LaDuke was in the last class and we have Keith Brown committed. Also, Jonathan Flowe is a heavy Oregon lean. 6 in two classes seems a bit much.

I just don’t understand why Flowe hasn’t popped.

So then be honest with me, is it a actual possibility Raesjon flips there or is it more of just a well its possible. If Flowe pops then I doubt Raesjon flips, Raesjon is likely going to be better but its just a numbers thing unless they process 1 of them.

Apparently there’s good communication between Davis and our staff.

I also think Jonathan Flowe not committing or setting a date is telling. He would be pushed out.

I think it’s more than hope but Justin isn’t sticking his nose out and making the prediction. It’s not just Justin but USC’s Schrader is saying the same thing. To be fair, I have little faith in Schrader when it comes to him predicting for USC.

A USC insider says Oregon is a threat or Oregon is where he will end up? I think what Jonathan does says alot.
