Yeah I saw it and thought for sure it would go 9.9-9.925 in the JO code. I actually thought her vault was better than Haleigh and Kiya’s from yesterday. But second place isn’t bad at all. So proud of Tori.

Kai had a leg up on her series on beam. Everything else was solid. She’s off to a great start!

Not sure how Makarri outscored Kai when Makarri’s wobble was more than Kai’s.

Like the NL cup this year, she has been overscored a lot for whatever reason that is.

Hope Kai brings it on the last 3 events. Her weakest event is now behind her

Kai in 2nd place behind Widner going into final rotation onto her best event (bars)

Makarri getting very very generous scores

Kai just did a superb bar routine! It was her best one all year. And she stuck her dismount. What a way to end her JO career!

9.925!! Well deserved! She should finish second AA.

9.925 score

Holy shite

Should be good enough for 2nd in the AA and a bars national title

Yes!! I just watched it again! It was beautiful! Bars anchor next year if they don’t move Durante to the end of the lineup?

So LSU will have a reigning JO National champion on vault (Kiya), bars (Kai), and beam (Kiya). Not too bad for our incoming freshmen. I’m seaux excited!!

Kai should be the bars anchor, she is that good

Kai finishes 2nd in the AA and wins the bars national title. Vault and floor were in the top 5 as well.

Kiya and Kai made big statements at nationals. Good stuff ahead next year.

I think Durante is the perfect set up for Kai in the anchor spot. But that leaves the front of the lineup pretty weak. Bars will definitely be interesting next year. You really only have four locks in Durante, Harrold, Edney, and Rivers.

Kiyas bars are very workable and can score high. Her JO routine has a horrible composition and is why she is not scoring well. That pirouette on the low bar is not going to be in her LSU routine. She will be in that lineup as well. I know for a fact. Jay even knows her current bars set up is not even close to what she would do at LSU. She did some bar routines at the LSU camp and was phenomenal so they kinda have an idea already on how they will construct her routine.

I am actually not worried about bars with Kai and Kiya. If there is a concern its Ferrer's routine.

That last spot will be between Ferrer, Kirby, Caitlin Smith, Dean.

Campbell is suppose to start swinging bars soon actually so who knows what that will look like.

This weekend should make tiger fans feel better with what is coming in next year.

Oh good! I know Jay will find a way to improve Kiya’s bars. I thought her routine composition didn’t really suit her strengths this year.

Yes she will be soon. I hope she does well. Never hurts to have more depth either.

I can’t believe they aren’t posting any videos of these champions!

You can't see shite really during the live 4 spit screen stream

Hope they do over the next week. They normally post them every year.

The only way I was able to see the routines was by watching on my 60 inch tv through the YouTube app. It was a little better than watching on my phone. I could see bars and beam very well but floor and vault were a challenge.

Emma Kelley posted a heartfelt apology today for what happened last week.

Didn’t want to distract from JO Nationals this weekend but As I’m sure many saw Sarah had some controversial posts in Twitter this weekend and went on the defense as well as a big blocking spree. Will be interesting to see if/how she moves forward with her leotard donations.

Kiya Johnson, my god. Legit NCAA freshmen of the year candidate next season. Flipping her from Georgia completely salvaged next season. Kai's vault is begging for upgrades, way too easy for her. Haleigh Bryant is something else...
