Remember the melt after December signing day? A few players went elsewhere and the worry was we would be stuck with a class of 20 recruits or so. Why oh why did we chase some commitments away for fish we did not get?

Well here we are now with 24 commits in January with one spot left and with Jackson, Burch and perhaps Van Pran still in play.

Letting some fish slip away doesn’t look so dumb now. I would take any one of the three left and shut it down, first in gets the spot. What if more than one wants in? What a great problem that would be.

Maybe this staff knows what they are doing after all. You would think going 15-0 would get you cut some slack. The rant is gonna rant.

Not only are we gonna finish strong as frick on both sides of the line, I feel like our WR’s and RB are the fastest offensive skill group in any 2020 class. Elite speed and the chance to take it to the house on any touch. Sick.

FFS can everyone stop bringing up van pran? He’s 100% locked in for UGA. He is not coming here, nor was he ever coming here

I have no idea, just reacting to rumors Van Pran might visit.

You must know him or something to know 100% what he is doing. Maybe you know why a 100% committed player didn’t sign in December too.

The only reason I can think of is he might have doubts. What’s your theory on why 100% committed players don’t sign in December?

No doubt he is a heavy Ga lean. But there is nothing 100% certain with a teenager making a decision. Nada. Burch went from a 100% committed to not signing in the same day. Anyone in the business of guaranteeing what teenagers do is in a tough business.

I’ve seen no such rumors. When is this supposed “visit” even supposed to happen? Surely it would’ve been this weekend with the rest of the guys we’re still trying to get locked in. All I know is that SVP has been unwavering in his commitment to UGA, and that there is quite literally zero info to suggest otherwise. And he’s never been interested in LSU at any point. I’d love it as much as anyone if he pulled a total 180 and decommitted but it’s just not gonna happen

Jackson won’t be here.

Toss up on Burch. Long shot IMO. Can you imagine the backlash he would face in his home town after committing to SC?

Van Pran? What you smoking?

Posters on here were whining like babies on signing day. We had a damn good class then and it’s only getting better.

You can also add that we also never offered Van Pran.

RBs? We have one committed and his 100 PR is 11.4 and he's run track 3 years haha. I mean the dude looks good, but it seems weird to lump in Tre with three WRs.

He did have a hamstring injury his Jr year during track. I’m not going to argue about his track speed. His highlights say that he has elite speed and great vision.
