I'm a member of Sonny's site, and I've never been a member of Mike's site, but you'll find the opinion of this board to be the following:

LSU Coverage:

Sonny>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Skike

National Recruiting Board & Site:

Rivals >>>> Scout

Sonny but I think Rivals has some things better. Its rating system, evaluation of recruits, national board and setup are all better than Scout...

But for LSU news, no doubt Sonny...

Overall in-depth coverage and features of LSU and recruiting -- it's Rivals.

Member of both and as someone stated both have good points and bad points, but My personal opinion is that Sonny's reporting fits my information needs very well.

considering 5 of your 7 posts have been referencing TB, im assuming you are not even a member of scout.

Since an opinion was asked, I gave it.

Since you're trying to keep score you would be wrong.

I love sonny, but if we were talking about who's better at reviewing movies i would say scike hands down.

Sorry, 4 of your 7 posts are about TB...

I was one off, so I wasn't too wrong. Huh Mike?

It's not the only thing you're wrong about. Nothing wrong with Scout, though.

Both put up good articles to read. Sonny is way ahead of the curve with up to date news. Gives more in depth details and is more in the know. Sonny's Chats alone are worth the membership. Rivals has a nice layout, easy to find information on recruits. Their National Board is probably a little better. If you had to choose one I would choose Sonny. Bot both have their place. I use both to read about information.

I trust great recruiting guru YoLuvda Hindsight. He is never wrong, dirt cheap and refreshingly honest. Much better than the other dude Pretenda KnowShit.

I asked Mike why Ford wasn't rated higher. . .and BOOM!

Blacklisted.

2 names for Skike:

Montrell Conner

Tahj Jones

NOT LSU commits.

Except that Mike seems to always be "at the movies" when big recruiting news breaks.

And subsequently Sonny always seems to break the news far ahead of lil Mike. Mike refuses to promote Louisiana athletes properly, and this in turn hurts LA boys that are trying to get their names out there. Skike only promotes athletes from the Lafayette area, by some reports. Mike Scarbrough also once said Mike Ford isn't an SEC caliber runningback.

I could go on, but it is FAR FAR more than just petty BS.

It is Skike being asleep at the wheel.

Sonny is ALWAYS on the spot, and he answers your questions in a very timely manner. Sonny seems to live and breath LSU football recruiting.

I have been a member of both, and I can honestly say:

Sonny>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Skike

Slight edge to Rivals' layout and tools, but breaking news and info on-demand are FAR more important to me than tools or formats.

Rivals is prettier, Scout is better.
