At this point athletes aren’t even going to be able visit the school they end up choosing!! This is ridiculous gonna be hard for us on the RB

Really slows the momentum of the LSU train. Would have been much better for those recruits to come in and let the staff work while the Natty Iron was Hot.

As much as it pains me to say it, I don't think we will have a season. Would not be surprised if the signing date is postponed

Oh come on.

What should be a recruiting wave for LSU coming off the Natty is getting reamed by this dead period and a lack of visits. It's still a good class no doubt but obviously it's got to play an impact to not have kids on campus and face to face with O and the staff.

Frankly, I feel like visits should be allowed with social distancing. But oh well.

We will be fine. Every team in the country is dealing with the same limitations. LSU is the hottest team in the country right now. You could reason that if recruits couldn't take visits, LSU would have a slight advantage over every other team due to our recent notoriety.

I'm not saying that we wouldn't have more commits if visits were happening as usual. I'm sure we would. But I don't think we would be doing any better relative to everyone else. Other teams would have received more commits as well. We haven't missed out on anyone significant yet. Also, no visits helps us instate. The elite Louisiana guys haven't been able to check out other schools so their familiarity with LSU will play even more than usual. We will be fine.

When big name coaches need more time to recruit kids they do not have wrapped up.

Agreed however every team is affected by this.

Not in the same way. When you have all the hardware, rings, and a coach like O coming off the season we just did, you want those guys coming in and seeking it all in person. Not to mention the sleeping pods.

I think it could have hurt O this year just because LSU had so much momentum. Not just the National title, but Heisman trophy and almost every other frickin award.

One thing I hate is that LSU always seems to find a gem at their camps. Flott is the most recent that comes to mind.

Ultimately it looks like LSU will have a top 5 class and that’s phenomenal.

Early signing period will not be changed. That has to do with graduation and college semesters. Those things will go on with or without football. So stop worrying about it being cancelled.

Every day there is new news pointing towards a screwed up season, or maybe no season at all. Some folks just refuse to believe it. almost 1000 cases today in LA. We arent even close to this being over

Cases doesn't mean a damn thing. Hospitals are damn near empty of COVID patients. 50 million cases of voter fraud is the only reason the entire country is not open. Democrats are selling their souls to Satan for this election.

What do you mean they don't mean anything. Every time there's a case that player or coach is quarantined for 2 weeks. So you have to try to have a season with 7 people out this week, a different 6 out next week, 2 coaches out the following week. You don't think that matters
