Again with the high horse. I follow recruiting and coaching changes year round. I went to LSU for 4 years and graduated. Played in TGBFTL. Met my wife of almost 20 years in TGBFTL. Went to every game my last two years, whether playing or not. I can keep going, but I won't.

I love LSU through and through and am not some fricking bandwagonner from tRant coming over here for the week before NSD, so kiss my arse. Yes, I take it personally when someone disrespects my alma mater. Maybe you don't, but that's YOU. Don't put your shite off on everyone else.

ETA: And I'm not questioning your loyalty. You're questioning mine. You have a different outlook on this. Fine. But don't come in here moralizing to those of us who do take it more personally. You have no right.

Ok. That's fine. There are a few SWJs in here getting offended. I guess you aren't among them.

I couldn't give less of a shite about OU and their fans getting upset, and haven't been in all that today. Let them have their melt and get it out of their system. They don't have to go up against Bama for every great recruit like we do and aren't as used to these games. I'm sure it's tough for them to get beat by a school coming off a tough (comparatively) season and replacing a head coach. Some of us have had our share of melts over the last year.

Again, I'm glad Philips didn't do what TE did. It goes both ways for me. I don't want our recruits doing that shite, either.

Eh. He was second fiddle and is a bit jaded. He got the last laugh with an offer from the National Champs who did what LSU hasn't done in 7 attempts.......is what it is.

Beat Bama and handle business and it all takes care of itself.

While LSU is a bigger brand than Clemson, that trend is changing until LSU can stop the 7-8 win seasons. The clock is ticking on our Tigers.

If pointing out that you just got baited into acting like a jilted bride by a 17 year old kid is moralizing, than so be it.
