With Manning and Holstein leaving the state, and after watching Daniels…man it feels as if we are in a bad spot. Holstein is going to Bama to ride the bench, but he would probably compete to start here next year if he has the capability to make pre-snap reads, throw on time, throw the WR open, etc….

If only we had a true freshman 5* qb on our team to help us out in the near future.

So what you are saying is he could compete if he came in and played like a seasoned veteran as a true freshman… You may want to adjust your expectations of these kids.

Stop posting man. So many people know about this website, have no knowledge of football, don’t know the full roster, and only show up to post after a loss.

We have the QBs in house already

You’ve been a member for almost a decade and this is what you bring to the board? We’ll be ok.

Yeah dudes either clueless or a troll. Lmao like Howard wasn’t a 5/high end 4 star, Collins in this class, and possibly Sayin next year. LSU is in great shape at QB upcoming.

Have you seen him play? In the game against Woodlawn, he was the 2nd best QB on the field. Collins is twice the Ath. That 13th overall ranking he currently holds is pure Bama bump. Kid has Cinder Blocks for feet

Holstein transferred from St. Thomas Moore because he couldn’t beat out Walker Howard. He wouldn’t come in as a true freshman and beat him out next season either.

So how good is Nuss if he can’t get reps behind our able noq
Posted on 10/9/22 at 10:40 am to Double Down
Yeah, same thing with Nuss. This board has already given up on a guy who has been in the program a little over a year. Jesus. Daniels I can understand because he doesn't have much eligibility left to develop but even he can still get better until he leaves.

I’m not giving up on Nuss at all. I know he is a gun slinger and maybe it’s a coaching philosophy thing in which once youmake that change you can’t go back or is it the ole saying if you have 2 qbs then you don’t have 1.

We have options at QB in the future, know what I’m Sayin?
Posted on 10/9/22 at 1:34 pm to Tiger365
We have the QBs...we just need better QB coaching/development. If Calzada and King can get it done against Bama why not one of our QBs.

That 5* true freshman must not be all that if he can’t beat this guy out.

Possibly a stubborn hurdle in the way.
