Anyone know if LSU is recruiting him, and if he has any interest?

OSU, OU, UT in that order. LSU and Bama recruiting him just need to get him on campus first

We got Walker Howard, who will be a good one. We are also pursuing Eli Holstein and Arch Manning in the next class.

ETA: 247 just released its initial composite rankings for the 2022 class. Howard is the highest rated 4-star at #35 overall.

Hard to believe that anyone is better than Arch right now.

I am expecting Caleb Williams to finish his career at Maryland. Just saying.

Go watch Quinn’s film

As a sophomore I think there were only 2 better QBs in the entire country

Bryce Young and DJ Ugwhatever

Plus he has a luxurious blonde mullet.

Kids got a cannon and is fearless. He’s got a bunch of Brett Favre in him

Also I don’t know who were recruiting but I’d be I’d be fairly shocked if we take a 2nd QB considering Manning and Holstein in next years class and we have a borderline 5* in walker Howard

I went to an Evangel Christian at Southlake Carroll game several years ago.

That's a nice play to reside.

It’s a pure fricking guess but I would think it’s gonna be UT or Ohio State

OU just landed Caleb Williams
A1abama will have Bryce Young
Auburn maybe but I doubt they can swing him
Ohio State and Texas starting jobs will both be wide open

He definitely had some interest as of a few months ago. No idea how hard we are recruiting him or whether the presence of Walker Howard has changed his interest.

The recruiting board blows my mind sometimes by the amount of people who chase players that a recruiting service ranks, instead of trusting our coaches or your own eyes. Not all #1 or 5 stars players fit what LSU is about (refer to Marucci) system.

Ewers might be the best prospect in high school regardless of class. 4K passing yards, 500 rushing yards, 54 total td and 3 int thrown, all in 6A Texas hs football as a sophomore.

Recruiting board would be kind of boring if everyone “just trusted the coaches”.

The dude has an offer from any school he is interested in attending and if someone isn’t recruiting him it’s because they don’t want to waste their time. Our coaches, and every other coach in the country thinks this guy is elite, so your post is irrelevant
